I have started this blog, website for 3 reasons.

  1. First to share my experience about my hip injury and how I healed myself without the hip replacement the doctors said I needed.
  2. The power of Yoga and how life brought me to take yoga teacher training.
  3. And for my 45+ females, my issues with Peri-menopause (I guess with my blood work from the doc I am apparently in Menopause) =) and the things I have done to help me through these hot-flashes and night sweats. Yes, they are real.
